All work conducted by Flip Masters is Guaranteed for 1 year under Warranty with certain conditions. Warranty will be Void if any alterations, change, damage, or damage caused by situations out of ones control, for example; Flood, earthquake or any other natural causes, foundation cracking or structural shifting, pipes bursting or original plumbing leaking and so on. All work Sub Contracted WILL NOT BE COVERED BY WARRANTY AND FLIP MASTERS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS, DAMAGE OR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. All Sub Contractors will provide 1 year warranty and are subject to Home Owner or Business Owners Approval before beginning work.
